One complete ticket path
1. Request
A message arrives through the forwarded support address, the form or the API.
2. Match
1stlevel.tech creates a ticket or uses the email thread to attach a response to an existing ticket.
3. Handle
The IT team takes ownership, prioritises and replies. Internal notes remain internal.
4. Respond
The requester receives a normal email and can reply or open the status link without an account.
Deliberately not an ITSM toolkit
1stlevel.tech focuses on support requests. CMDB, asset management, change management, time tracking, telephony, chat and freely configurable business processes are outside the product. That keeps setup and daily use small.
For applications: REST API and webhooks
The API reads teams and tickets, creates tickets and messages, updates ticket fields, transfers attachments and merges duplicates. Idempotency keys protect repeated POST requests. HMAC-signed webhooks emit ticket.created, ticket.status_changed and message.created.
