Before subscribing
Check the billing address and agent count. Solo includes one agent, Team up to five and Team+ up to 15. Annual billing costs ten monthly payments. No VAT is currently shown under the German small-business regulation.
Change or cancel
Plan changes, the payment portal, invoices, cancellation and resuming are available on the same page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the account remains usable until then.
Before moving to a smaller plan, remove excess members or pending invitations. Otherwise the smaller plan cannot be activated.
