The export contains account details, teams, tickets, messages, knowledge articles, response snippets, billing data and attachments with checksums. Store it securely because it may contain personal and confidential data.
Deletion
Deletion affects the entire workspace and every member. Before removing anything, the system writes an export and reads it back for an exact comparison. If that check fails, nothing is deleted.
Account deletion is permanent. Download the export first and check whether statutory retention duties apply.
