Invite members and assign roles

Admins manage the account, teams, members, API and billing. Agents work with tickets and content without administrative account controls.

Send an invitation

  1. Open “Team”.
  2. Enter the person’s name and email address.
  3. Choose a role and send the invitation.
  4. The invitee opens the one-time link and sets a password.

Safety rules

A pending invitation already occupies a plan seat. The final admin cannot be demoted or removed. Removing a member revokes that user’s API tokens and active sessions.
