Sign-in, email verification and passwords

Your registered email address must be verified. Password reset and resending verification are available from the public sign-in flow.

Verification email is missing

  1. Check the address and spelling in your account.
  2. Choose “Resend” on the verification page.
  3. Wait a few minutes and check spam or quarantine.
  4. Use the newest link; older links may expire.

Reset the password

Choose “Forgot password” on the sign-in page and enter your email address. A successful reset revokes this user’s existing sessions, remember token and personal API tokens.

For security, the page does not reveal whether an entered address is registered.
