Every confirmation includes a personal status link. The link is the access key to the request; no account is needed.

Visible information

The page shows the subject, status, public messages and permitted attachments. Internal notes and their files are never shown.

Share it safely

Anyone with the link can read the request and mark it done. Share it only with people who may see the ticket content. If a ticket was merged, the old link automatically opens the target ticket.
